We work to ship your order as quickly and clearly as possible. Delivery times are provided as estimated ranges, not guarantees.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within:

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Delivery Ranges

After dispatch, typical delivery ranges are:

  • United States: 6 to 12 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 6 to 12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days

These are general ranges only. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

Carriers and Tracking

We use a mix of shipping partners depending on destination, such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • local delivery partners

Tracking is sent by email once your order ships.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. This can happen when items ship from different fulfillment points or become available at different times. You will receive tracking details for each shipment when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes depending on your country’s rules.

  • US: Orders usually do not face extra import charges at delivery, but exceptions may apply.

During major sales, holidays, weather disruptions, or carrier backlogs, processing and transit may take longer than usual.
